  我司需兩款路燈玻璃, 圖紙中為其中一款, 年用量為每款每年5萬件.請可以制作的廠商與我們聯(lián)系.
  
  1)toughened glass, that is safety glass.
  The toughening is done thermical, not chemical.
  Upon breaking the glass it should not break in large pieces, but into small pieces.
  Specification: minimum of 60 pieces in 5 x 5 cm.
  
  2) Temperature differences in the glass itself should not lead to breaking.
    When the lamp is burning glaas can reach temperature of 160° at one side,
    while temperaure can be 60°on other side.
    Difference in temperature to support should be min. 100°C.
  
  3) Glass can support temperatures of 180° (at an ambient temp. of 40°)
  
  4) Burning lantern should support sudden cooling, by spraying cold water for cleaning.
    Thermical shock resistance is 130°.
  
  5) No sharp edges on the glass, no dirt or other irregularities
  
  Thickness of glass is 4 mm.
  Material is Calcium Natron glass.
