升降式玻璃直線斜邊機(出口型)

1：采用目前國內較先進的前梁、擺架、磨頭電機整體升降結構，雙壓式滑動升降技術，采用噸位蝸輪減速箱，確保同步升降穩定性、耐用性、準確性。

2：采用大鏈條鏈板傳動，適用于磨削不同大小與厚度的平板玻璃的直線斜面及底邊。

3：集粗磨、精磨、底邊、拋光一次加工完成，同厚度的平板玻璃可連續加工，拋光后斜面接近于玻璃母體的光潔度，對角準確。

4：磨頭整體進退刀、斜面角度、玻璃厚度的改變調節方便。

5：大梁、擺架、立柱、磨頭座等為優質鑄件，底座采用國際通用鋼件澆注而成，均采用高溫退火，特殊熱處理、時效等工藝，減震性能好、剛性好、穩定耐用。

6：鑲條40CY(鉻) 鋼，前后夾板，經特殊熱處理工藝，達到其超耐磨，不變形，運行平穩等特點，前夾板采用分離式結構。

7：采用國際品牌斜邊機磨頭電機，專用電器、鋁合金流利條〔選配〕，輸入、輸出導軌采用同步帶傳送〔選配〕，準確高、平穩。

8：該機加工種類有：玻璃馬賽克、各式拼鏡、移門玻璃、家具玻璃、相框、衛浴鏡、KTW等，一機多功能的真正斜邊機。

9：操作面板可選配：1型:為普通型〔手動型〕；

2型:具有玻璃厚度、剩余厚度、前梁升降、角度、速度；

3型:具有PLC自動、手動兩大控制系統，并用觸摸屏作為人機界面。

10：機器型號可選配：JXM371S大小片機；JXM371K超寬邊；JXM371M馬賽克。
