MPE電鍍強化系列油墨 油墨特性：主要用于電鍍表面、強化表面、真空電鍍表面．PU表面．UV表面等材料上，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特點。 印刷：絲印移印均可。 表干及實干時間：表干時間自然揮發5-10分鐘；實干時間在24小時以內。 稀釋及清洗：SV3慢干開油水、UVK1（移印開油水）同時可使用718洗網水清洗。 測試方法（完全干燥后）： 1、3m膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油; 2、純度99%的工業酒精，一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來回拉200次無脫色; 3、 耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平來回擦500次。 使用方法： 1、使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時封閉； 2、攪拌時加開油水10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度； 3、網板塞網時可用洗網水清洗； 4、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。 注意事項： 1、塑膠材料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷； 2、在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可; 3、環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量； 4、根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗環境下存放。
